
Human Rights Foundation executives told a room full of American politicians that Bitcoin continues to prove itself a powerful tool against authoritarian control, providing an alternative to the growing number of ways in which Fiat currency can be manipulated and controlled.
“With Bitcoin, these leaders’ ability to do these things is completely eliminated,” said Alex Gladstein, Chief Strategy Officer of the Foundation for Human Rights. explain At the Bitcoin Policy Summit in Washington, DC on Thursday.
He added: “Bitcoin is not good for dictators.”

Gladstein, who described the audience as a “hall full of American leaders,” explained that when Bitcoin is used correctly, the government finds it difficult to track individuals. He added: “If they use Bitcoin the right way without linking its ID to it.”

“If you are a self-customizer of Bitcoin, the government will not be able to delete or freeze your stuff, and they certainly cannot surpass you,” he said. Bitcoin is a hedge against inflation, especially during excessive inflation, where prices rise rapidly due to economic instability.
Gladstein announced:
“Many people in these countries and many others are essentially rescued or rescued this technology.”
He said the Human Rights Foundation first realized the potential of Bitcoin in 2013 during Ukraine’s pro-democracy protests against then-Viktor Yanukovych.
