Floyd Schofield Sr. said he was debating whether to participate in the fight against William Zepeda on Saturday at the Louis Armstrong Stadium in Queens, New York on July 12. Schofield Sr. thinks this will be “Born running competition“Move with Shakur (23-0, 11 kos), Zepeda “on his A**”.
Shakur Stevenson’s hand injury problem
Floyd Shr. This was a surprise for odds makers, as they had Shakur as their favorite. His fans thought the fight would be a walk in Stevenson Park.
“Who wants to really sit there and watch the game?” Floyd Schofield Sr. Millcity Boxing About Shakur Stevenson vs. William Zepeda’s battle in Queens, New York on July 12. “We’ll see because I know he’ll be riding his bike all night from Zepeda. So it’s going to be a boring battle.”
As you can see, Floyd Sr. has no confidence in the entertainment of Shakur trying to play against Zepeda on Saturday. He will restore his basic instinct and escape from him to prevent being overwhelmed by holes. If that happens, he will be taken out of Louis Armstrong Stadium by a ruthless crowd from Louis Armstrong Stadium, who use his hit style for the lasting and continuous viewing of Shakur.
Shakur’s “pillow hand” warning
Floyd Sr. “They called him ‘pillow hand’. If these things start (injured), he will not have a chance to shake (they leave) Zepeda on his A**, Just like he (Stevenson) does it with “The Electrician” (Josh Padley). ”
If Shakur’s hands are unpopular under pressure from the battle against Zepeda on July 12, he will be forced to bypass the ring. Apparently, he would refuse to move due to Turki Alalshikh’s instructions to fight without Tom and Jerry. But if things get sour for Stevenson and he starts to take too much punishment, he will go into survival mode and run.
He won’t stay in his pocket to fight Zepeda until the bitter end. He will seek to save his skin, because the loss of the knockout round will be a disaster for his career.
“So, I don’t know. It’s going to be a good one for them. I doubt if anyone is going to get knocked out. I studied Shakur since he was a kid. I’m not judging him on Padley. He’s not built like that at all. That’s why he’s trying to avoid Floyd. That’s why what happened with Floyd (became ill last February, causing the cancellation of the fight with Shakur). That’s why the people in power are trying to avoid Freud.”
Schofield wasn’t the only one his promoters didn’t want to match him. Here is a short list of fighters whose promoters of Shakur are not in a hurry to fight:
– Raymond Muratalla
– Abdullah Mason
– Andy Cruz
– Herrera Core
– Jose’Royo’Valenzuela
Amateur vss Pro: Shakur’s flaws
“Shakur is not that. He is a great amateur fighter, but good amateurs usually don’t create great professionals for them (throwing a tap).
Schofield Sr. sums up Shakur well, his comment about him being a “good amateur”, but that doesn’t mean being a “great professional”. Stevenson has so far been docking for him since he rose to 135.
His promoters kept him away from the department’s talented warriors such as Andy Cruz, Raymond Muratara, Abdullah Mason and Cathy Davis. Stevenson won the title against Little Warriors with 126 and 130. None of these guys are tied to these departments now.
