this Wisconsin Supreme Court Unanimous decision not to hear the state attorney general trying to prevent Elon Musk from giving away millions of dollars checks on Sunday.
The news comes just before the Tesla CEO held the U.S. PAC Town Hall in Green Bay on Sunday night, where he plans to hand over a $1 million check to two voters.
Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul asked 4-3 liberal courts to “activities planned as soon as possible, but no later than Sunday night.”
“Wisconsin law prohibits the provision of anything valuable to lure anyone to vote,” Kaul’s document said. “However, Elon Musk did it.”

In court documents, Musk’s lawyers insist that the payments “aim to serve as grassroots campaigns against activist judges, rather than explicitly advocating or opposing any candidate.”
