Dr. Oz details the new digital health ecosystem
Dr. Mehmet Oz, administrator of Medicare & Medicaid Service Center, discussed the Trump administration’s efforts to eliminate Medicare and Medicaid fraud and built a digital health ecosystem about “Hannity.”

Dr. Mehmet Oz, administrator of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), said the Trump administration plans to invest more than $200 billion in “more dollars” into Medicaid after “a large beautiful bill” is passed.
“I’m working on saving this beautiful plan, and it’s to help people, to help people,” Oz told CBS on Sunday.
“And, you might have collected that if Medicaid can’t take care of those who are designed for, toddlers, their lives at dawn, those twilight in life, the elderly and those with disabilities, then Hubert Humphrey said, then we don’t meet the basic obligations of ethical government,” he continued.
Oz, the 17th administrator of CMS, said the government wants “appropriate returns” for Medicaid investment. He addressed the drug cost difference between the United States and Europe, adding that the government is completing work to lower drug prices.

Last week, Trump administration Announced to launch a new program that will enable Americans to share personal health data and medical records between health systems and applications operated by private tech companies, and promises that this will make it easier for you to access health records and monitor your health.
The CMS will be responsible for maintaining the system, and officials said patients need to choose to share their medical records and data, which will ensure safety.

The officials said patients would benefit from a system that allowed them to quickly call up their own records without the iconic difficulties, such as requiring the use of a fax machine to share files, which made them have done so in the past.

CMS already has information about more than 140 million Americans enrolled in school Medicare and Medicaid. Earlier this month, federal agencies agreed to hand over their massive databases, including home addresses, to deportation officials.
