Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Nearly 1,000 people were arrested on Sunday, according to ICE offices, with significant activity occurring across the southeastern United States.
The agency said law enforcement officers arrested 956 people and detained 554 people, meaning “there is substantial cause to believe that the individual is subject to removal from the United States under federal immigration laws.”

A Nicaraguan national was arrested at the Broward County Jail on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, unlawful carrying of a concealed weapon, discharging a firearm in public and driving with a suspended license.
