The two Japanese brands’ debuts are led by the Sound Burger AT-SB727 WS, an updated version of Audio-Technica’s popular portable turntable. The modern model is built with Bluetooth connectivity and USB charging, and features a design that incorporates the image of City Pop, a mainstay of the 80s music scene when the first Sound Burger was released. Inspired by equipment from the decade, the carousel features a silver body, a metallic aurora hologram and primary color lines representing the brilliance of the mirror ball.
Also joining the collection is a versatile record bag to accommodate carrying needs including co-branded cookie jackets, sweatshirts and T-shirts in black, similar to the traditional color of vinyl LPs.
